The government has promised to provide two-bedroom houses to all the homeless and low-income families in the state through the two-bedroom houses programme. The 430 sq ft carpeted flats have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, a kitchen, and two lofts for storage.   • Houses should be built in the G+ model in big cities. The District Collector/Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will consider the availability of land while deciding how many floors to add.
  • G.O.M. 1493 dt1.12.2007, Revenue (Asst. POT) Department may be used.
  • Allotment of apartments in G+ houses should be done using lots. Physically Handicapped Families (PHC) should be allotted the ground floor.

  • Each house consists of two bedrooms, one hall, two bathrooms with kitchen and toilets, foundation area of 560 square feet (in rural it includes a staircase area, and in the city, it includes a staircase and common area.)
