What Is Pradhan Mantri Mitra Yojana 2023

The full name of PM Mitra Yojana is Pradhan Mantri Mega Textile Integrated Textile and Apparel Yojana. This is a scheme made by the Government of India under which 7 textile parks will be built in India. With this, India’s textile industry will become even better and move forward on a large scale.

PM Mitra Yojana aims to disburse ₹4,445 crore in India and create 7 textile parks in India. The objective of this scheme is to advance the textile and manufacturing industry of India. This can prove to be very beneficial for India.

Pradhan Mantri Mitra Yojana Benifits/Features

The full name of PM Mitra Yojana is Pradhan Mantri Mega Textile Integrated Textile and Apparel Yojana.
Under this scheme, seven textile parks will be built in India.
Rs 4445 crore will be distributed for this scheme.
The scheme is taking its inspiration from the 5F vision of the Government of India.
The 5F vision designed for this scheme includes goals like Factory to Fashion, Farm to Fiber to Foreign.
PM Mitra Yojana will also improve the job profession in the textile sector. It is believed that this scheme can create 21 lakh jobs in the textile sector.
According to the government, the Textile Park SCORE will be built at brownfield and greenfield sites in different states of India.
Under this scheme, Mitra Parks to be built on green field sites will be supported with ₹ 500 crore. On the other hand, Mitra Parks to be built in brownfield will be given assistance of ₹ 200 crore.
₹ 300 will be given to all Mitra Parks to motivate them for India’s manufacturing unit score competition.
Under this scheme, the partnership for Mitra will be developed in Special Purpose Vehicle Public Private Partnership mode.
The responsibility of the Special Purpose Vehicle Public Private Partnership will be with both the state or the central government.
Under this scheme, Indian companies will be motivated to complete globally.
