Mobile Annapurna Canteen Telangana State Scheme was launched for senior citizens and disabled candidates of the state. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation tied up with the Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation for this project and five vehicles were flagged off during the launch of the project. Animal Husbandry Minister T Srinivas Yadav, Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, MAUD General Secretary Arvind Kumar, GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar, and Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation President Satya Goura Chandra Das participated in the program.
With the aim of providing assistance to the needy, the state government has launched a scheme called Mobile Annapoorna Bhoja. Beneficiaries will get cooked food for just Rs.5 under this scheme. 5. They can book food with the help of a mobile application and the food will be delivered to their doorstep.
