Another name of the Haryana Free Cycle Yojana started by the Haryana Government is Haryana Shramik Free Cycle Yojana, because under this scheme the distribution of cycles to the laborers of Haryana will be done by the government. Although the purchase of cycles will not be done by the government itself, rather the government will provide financial assistance of ₹ 3000 to the beneficiary laborers.
